Project Coordinator
Bartlett Engineering & Surveying is seeking a Project Coordinator to manage and support civil engineering, land development, and surveying projects from start to finish. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on organization, enjoys coordinating multiple moving parts, and communicates confidently with clients, internal teams, and government agencies.
The Project Coordinator plays a key role in keeping projects on schedule, on budget, and aligned with regulatory requirements—while serving as a primary point of contact for assigned projects.
Responsibilities:

Coordinate assigned civil engineering, land development, and surveying projects from startup through completion

Prepare, review, submit, and track permit applications and related documentation

Serve as the primary liaison between clients, architects, contractors, engineers, and government agencies

Schedule and coordinate survey, CAD, and engineering resources across multiple active projects
-
Maintain organized project files, schedules, and documentation
-
Review project job cost reports and assist with billing milestones and final invoicing
-
Resolve project issues efficiently to support client satisfaction

Attend meetings with internal teams, clients, and public agencies (including occasional evening meetings)

Support continuous improvement of project management procedures and workflows
Qualifications:
Required Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent
-
2–3 years of project management experience in civil engineering, land development, or a related field
-
Valid driver’s license
-
Strong organizational, communication, and time-management skills
-
Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, surveys, and technical documents
Preferred Qualifications
-
Associate’s degree in Planning, Construction Management, Surveying Technology, Engineering Technology, Civil Engineering, or CAD
-
Experience preparing and submitting permits
-
Notary Public certification
