Bartlett Engineering & Surveying, PC is proud to announce that David Via, PE, a civil engineer with the firm, was selected as a finalist in the D. V. Terrell Ethics Paper Competition, hosted by the American Society of Civil Engineers (ASCE) Region 4.

For nearly a decade, Daniel Abrams, PLS has been a familiar and respected figure at the North Carolina Surveyors Society (NCSS) annual conference, where he has served as the Master of Ceremonies.
